| Two longitudinal storage-walls of 20 m length each and 50 m2 of patios and interior gardens will articulate the rest of the program of this house of 150 m2 in Cadrete. The ground floor will be a commercial space and the house will be placed in the first and second levels. The clients, a couple and their two sons and one daughter, will like to have the possibility of transforming the house in two smaller houses in the future. This will be possible by tearing one single wall down in the second floor and building another one in the first floor. (Under development. Construction starts summer 2008). |
