Local regulations were determining the shape of the block. The given block, rather than creating a façade wanted to disappear to make the station visible to the city. We imagined how two big blocks were subtracted from the initial block to allow the views to the station, leaving on the site the thinnest silhouette. We want to illustrate this aggressive gesture by treating these two conditions- interior/exterior - in a very different way. The outside surfaces will be wrapped homogenously by a layer of diachronic film. This material can reflect any colour and will provide the building with an always-changing image, in contrast with its rigid shape. The inside surfaces will be treated delicately with glass in different white tones. As the slabs can just look at the garden we decided to reproduce on it La Maja Desnuda, one of the best-known works by Goya (1746, Zaragoza) and the first totally profane life-size female nude in Western art.
