The construction of Everyville begins after creating a dense tree plantation. It is built as a stratified system on several different levels:the lower level contains the underground fast private connection system and is carved into the ground following the orthogonal plantation. The large levelled communal areas within the city, managed as clearing, are connected by broken lines, an extruding promenade which breaks up the mesh with shopping centres on the lower levels. At the intersections of these elements there are service towers which oversee the vegetation and provide reference points for the city.
Different kinds of residence are interwoven in the orthogonal mesh, surrounded by trees with private courtyards, or simply zigzag through the mesh.Where the population density is higher, the plantation is thinned out and trees are replanted within the expansion borders.
The ecoindustrial area, faces east towards the main highway to Megalopolis, adopts ecosusteinable processes of production.
