City of events
We suggest to the Mayor of Everyville to develop his city with a system which will intervene on several points of the city, by leaning on existing services and activities distributed in the territory.
The city hall will program big events during several weeks.
The scale will attract inhabitants from Metropolis and also from farther places …
Territories that was before abandoned, devoid of public functions, will know during the time of the festival a huge intensity of community activities.
It will be necessary to create the structures to welcome and accommodate people, feed them, etc.
The existing networks will be strengthen, and new networks will be created to be able to manage the streams of persons.
At the end of the festivals, all the architectural and landscaped devices will be recycled to shelter new activities. The identity of the city will be developed in according to a process of sedimentation between events and urbanisation.
