The town of Everyville doesn't suffer physical changes, the urbanism remains the same one. Houses, factory and trade centre are spaces that have to be real and therefore they are not transformed. What can be instead transferred to the virtual space comes dematerialized. The virtual space becomes public information interchange, an island of complete union of the citizens. It will be enough to be connected to the net of everyville to access into its square. E-government runs the reality made available by the lines of Universal Telecom, it checks the same safety of the consciences online and it guarantees their privacy. Through different blogs, the information and the necessities of the citizen’s needs are managed. safety becomes therefore real and virtual for a sustainable development of the territory avoiding wastes.
