The building fades to a fluid space that here becomes a glass sky, there a field overhanging and blending the wall, creating new relationships with the surrounding and a new way of living it. The building’s skin stretches to create enveloping spaces, the walls dissolve in different ideas of space that can be brought into reality by benches, rows, screens, poems on the ground. Closed spaces on the ground floor are totally accessible hosting manufactures, services and public administration that comes out from its representative buildings and sows limpidly among the city in glass-opened spaces with clearly recognizable look. So people can look through it, feel part of a community, share directly the public choices by mean of telematic terminals. The ways wind between broads and narrowing characterized by different materials, colours, odours. This creates a space that grantee at the same time a strong identity and a complete flexibility towards any change of spatial and social vocation.
