The identity character of the city is given by the crossing over of the two strips of green: a void contrasts the traditional urban expansion of a constructed "historical centre". The void potentially allows a functional mutation in order to favour different requirements of the collectivity. The power is not centralised but distributed longitudinally in buildings of cultural, scholastic and commercial characters with the intention of approaching citizens in a diversity of attitude allowing them to govern their proper city. Beginning from the original administrative nucleus positioned on the intersection of the Avenue R with the Avenue Z, the buildings are dislocated in the sculpture Park, in a healthy environment and in a civic character which characterise the image of EveryVille. The city does not result centric, but distributed and replicable. It is a city that encourages the construction of interpersonal relations as well as individual dimensions.
