... Other important passages are: the will to assure the “housing heterogeneity” and the necessity to enable EveryVille to support the society changes.
The “housing heterogeneity” is a necessary condition to give rise to social interactions and positive conflicts that stimulate the comparison between individualities. To reach the same aim the houses overlook squares and pedestrian precints on a side, and streets where the public transport circulates, on the other side.
EveryVille needs to think its architecture again, released from the present technology: “air-buildings”, inflatable and deflatable buildings, edifices made with teflon and other reacyclable plastic materials, to favour the requirements of the organism city that evolves.
EveryVille isn’t conceived like cases of fruit you have to fill, but like a field that organically holds all the fruits. Today we don’t design the future, but the unforeseeability of the future.
