The project idea for a linear park producing renewable energy aims to redevelop the routes among Bagnara, Favazzina, Scilla and the impervious mountain landscape behind. It creates new relationships between the tourist waterfront and the agricultural landscape. Therefore, the project’s objective is the fulfilment of a park for energy production which could allow the fruition of the territory by crossing it. The shape of a transverse connection between the coastline and the old highway level, makes the park able to use several entrances placed along the new state highway. The rhythm and the alternation of tunnels and viaducts, the breathtaking views towards sea and mountains, are made up through a complex and variable device along the route, which uses the natural resources of sun, wind and water to produce electricity and to guarantee water supplies. The tunnels along the bicycle lines, hold water tanks alternated to technical rooms, spaces for eco-museum and artistic exhibitions.
