The roof holds photovoltaic arrays and the array tilts are adjustable to fit the local solar altitude. The roof structure contains components varying in size and height and covers more of the carriage bridge than the pedestrian one in order to allow changeable lights and views as people walk, jog or bike. In some intensively active areas it is embedded with projection screen ceilings, which offers sensational night views with natural surroundings seen through the openings and can also be used for other activities. In these areas the gap between the two bridges is filled to create medium that pedestrians can cross. Greenhouses are proposed off the bridge into the southern mountains around the key notes. They mainly function for research and tourism uses hosting exhibitions of local protected or imported species and add to the flavor of rural surroundings. The greenhouses also form a patch or pixel pattern that mimics the array of solar panels and present a consistent visual experience.
