The present layout enfasese three core elements in our project proposal.
Primly the reapropriation of the public domain by means of participatory agriculture and city-orchards. Areas dedicated to collective practice of cultivation aim to improve, on the one hand cultural stratification and on the other hand, generational exchange, as well as the possible re-enhancement of “in-between” spaces of the Everyville (such as round about, abandon lands etc).
Moreover, aware of the urgency of re-enacting the public sphere with periodical, yet ephemeral events, and baring in mind the natural recourses of the area, we propose an annual festival, based on the construction of houses in clay and all kind of activity related to clay (as modelling, pottery etc.). Houses will be designed in participation, alongside with a team of visual artists. The designed houses, almost sculptural pieces, will both materialize the creative impulse of the citizens, as well as be places to host visitors.
