giving identity to everyville.

everyville is currently a grid based city with endless rows of similar buildings providing no public space. but everyville is going to transform itself into something new. over the years the grid softens, densifies spaces and groups buildings to clusters. the towns retail rim is disappearing, new retail areas are created in the densification areas of the grid, accentuated by increasing height of the buildings. the streets and the pedestrian area are getting layered in the high-dense areas. The buildings itself express their intense coherence by sharing all one envelope which defines their actual volume, giving everyville an unprecedented identity.
