Architecture is needed to create a distinct focus where there will necessarily be purpose for all members of the community. My solution is to install a platform that possesses the flexibility required to collect and diffuse several micro communities while bridging a larger communal network. The architecture should function as a computer would for virtual communities, where the computer is the vehicle to allow any individual’s specificity to share in particular interaction. The morphosis of the civic center’s particularity is from the perception of each specific user, caused by their requirement, the time and the season. Interweaving needed resources for residency, education, public/private employment, leisure and recreation tightly through the existing suburban fabric will create the community of EveryVille.
