This project wants to be inserted in the dense network of connections and trades, utilizing a way of planning that works on empty spaces, meant not only as urban connective and meeting places, but also as spots from where houses and public buildings are innervated. The idea finds its concreteness in the planning of a city organizing scheme, able to create environments where the community is identified, even with its cultural and social diversities. The plant maintains its own identity at different scales, either in a unitary or in a fragmentary view.
The presence of the new volume participates fluidly with its forms in the renewed city space. The directive mesh will be also able to be proof against checks of time, providing the guidelines for the conception of a new city apparatus, configuring a project conceived within the bounds of time and space.
