9215 tiles alternated with battens and other buildings that, growing in length, create a complex but well-defined mesh, which will make every corner of the city recognizable to its inhabitants. These buildings avoid their own identification, preferring a declared anonymity capable of allowing a fair and vital cycle of customization.Like fetuses, children of a complex land that rejects ordinality by creating short abortions in landing stages, where the individual becomes a person and thoughts become words. The housing cubes as containers of lives, seemingly quiet and timidly introverted converse harmoniously with one another without presumptuous events.Capable of changing its function,to spread in height and width as in a three-dimensional Tetris.Greenery and water lap and penetrate the entire settlement like strips of a carpet that extends from north to south and from east to west.On this tissue, threatening and expressive rise 7 large sculptures that will host the headquarters of the city.
