The University quickly asked for a similar project for the student´s neighborhood. In this case a cultural and educational pavilion and also a commercial center was required. Both with the same technological capacities that the first digital pavilion. This new kind of public space was to disperse in the city. The idea of a town center does not belong to Everyville´s way of life. A new space was still needed to balance the connections that the city requires. The idea of a hub building that would connect every server pavilion with every corner of the city was the solution. Three networks appeared: commerce, work, culture that with the housing and the street life were one: Everyville. The information flow that existed in the city was materialized in architecture, and both were part of the same thing. Internet should not be an insulation factor that leaves people connected in their houses, it should be a factor that builds the city.
