Childhood images are quite universal and understandable to everyone but at
the same time are very multi-layered and diverse, that is why they
are to be used as a keynote of new area image organization.

With new projects an architect shall reconstruct the fairy tale he used to
dream of in the childhood, organize childhood "wonders"-probably naive ones
but so pleasant to the heart.

Undoubtedly, every new generation of architects shall construct their images
but childhood feeling shall provide intergenerational continuity both in
architectural and human sense.

We should obtain a "magic" chain of childhood dreams and images, which have
come true, from generation to generation...
