According to leitmotiv, a photovoltaic thin film (amorphous silicon -a-Si-) system connects the three structures for producing and generating Energy. And specifically: Roads produces energy by panels made from polycrystalline cells Galleries produces energy by Voltaic Piles placed in series and Viaducts produce energy by Solar updraft Tower. It combines three effects: chimney, greenhouse and the wind turbine. Air is heated by sunshine and contained in a very large greenhouse-like structure around the base of a tall chimney and the resulting convection causes air to rise up the updraft tower (wind speed about 60 km/h). This airflow drives some turbines, which produce electricity.
