The city is structured according to the skin tessellation that functions as mediator between the skin and the body. This “urban texture” supports different functions, which together establish an active park. This texture system is projecting itself into the 3D structural lattice through the whole body of the city and supports all the structural needs of it, such as installations, communications, programs, floors, slopes, walls, hanging volumes etc.
With a distance from the orifices that are highly public, more and more private units grow towards the borders of the city. Units are technologically highly developed apartments (digital screens for simulating panoramas, noiseless air conditioning, small electric city vehicles etc.) that re-establish sensual potentials of digital place. This kind of mono-sensual environment in the private units also stimulates inhabitant to adopt his living to all other fields of intensities and qualities that are disposed across the city.
