Everyville’s units are consisted of a series of different forms which host one or more functions. Each form obtain a code, so, in the future, endless combinations of smaller or bigger towers can be created, offering the diversity of uses and forms which a future city would require. The city’s needs will influence the urban fabric, by increasing density and changing Everyville’s skyline.
The combination of new prototypes will create towers. The different units are connected vertically via cores, facilitating the vertical circulation and support spaces. The towers’ diameter varies from 20 to 40 m.
Horizontally, the interplay of the terrain with the towers generates green curved spaces and open passage territories which host expo spaces, open market areas and other cultural events. Fluid space gives flexibility to Everyville’s terrain achieving high spatial integration between the buildings and the public space.
