EveryVille : Community beyond Place, Civic Sense beyond Architecture

The new beginning for the city has been emerging with the information revolution, the globalization for the politics and economics and environmental problems. This conflux of the phenomenon is having huge implications on architecture and the city especially at the exurban locations just outside of the major metropolitan areas.

:: RINGED STRUCTURE _ INVERTED CITY CORE
The Ringed Structure possesses the potential towards a non hierarchical and decentralized harmonic connected sense of communal program/facility. While conventional program develops in blocks, the programs transitions in the ring area always connected and opened to the central green communal space. The Ground level is partially occupied by programs, partially elevated for multi directional accessibility.
