To the citizens of Everyville

Our team it is convinced that for your city it is more important in the next ten years to have an urban development that does not create a new periphery nor a big public space or a symbolic building. We propose the realization of various focus points, each of them able to satisfy your principal demands (residence, commerce, services, public spaces and public parks), always specializing in one of this themes following the main vocation that its position in the urban hierarchy suggests or specifically requests. Every focal point is connected to the others through pedestrian green walks and public transport with separated lanes for private car traffic. It is the interconnection point that becomes the central space of the different flows and services, integrated with the buildings.
