:: CENTRAL OPEN SPACE _ URBANLANDCAPE FOR CONGREGATION
Central green open space becomes the new identity for the Everyville, where inverting the void to become the collective bondage for enhancing the quality of civic sense and communal congregation. This urban landscape will function as a model city for sustainable growth, further accentuating the non-hierarchy and democratic ideals.

:: ECO-SUSTAINABLE SYSTEM
Vehicle free centralized space is accessible easily by bicycle pathways which snakes through the ring structure programs with bicycle-hub dispersed at several locations. These centers at each zoning center also facilitates as information, multi media center, rent/repair service and transit connection to other transportation systems. Vehicle roads encircle around the outskirt of the Ring, connects to the parking and transit hub below ground and also connects to houses, farms and highways of the outer-ring.
