Nature and man-made environment is balanced without domination of one another. Topography is a manipulation of positive and negative space, through cut and fill; with a weaving mesh that connects the built atmosphere, creating an elevated layer of circulation. Conditions of transportation and city functions create experiential spaces on three horizon lines: Above, Level, and Below. Parallel lines of pedestrian and vehicular movement influence the interaction and interface of space.
