From the outside a very clear defined and enclosed shape, on the inside a hybrid and very varied structure, this urban microcosmos, regardless of its location, can adjust to many different requirements. It can adapt to many cultural and climatical environments and living conditions. The framework for its flexibilit and adaptability is given by a basic grid. The public access routes follow the basic grid, criss-crossing the cube. Private, semi-public and public spaces are established by interspersed gardens, resulting in tension-filled spaces with comprehensive visual axes. This building allows a co-operation within given structural rules.
