| Andreas Korte, born 1969 in Augsburg, Gemany, studied art from 1991-98 at the Kunstakademie Duesseldorf, Germany with Professor Jan Dibbets and Professor Gerhard Merz. 1996 he recieved the travel-scholarship of the academie. He showed his works in noumerous exhibitions, e.g. gallery Lukas & Hoffmann (Koeln), Kunstmuseum Bonn, Heidelberger Kunstverein, Museum Baden (Solingen), Haus der Kunst (Muenchen), Lehmbruckmuseum (Duisburg). His animation “sculpture for a park” was presented at the 5th international festival for architecture and video, Florence (2000), and the project “MMKI” was recently part of the book “Defining Digital Architecture”, published in Taiwan 2001. |
