The water ring (detering passersby from touching the glass surface) reflects and distorts images onto nearby surfaces.
Messages, are garbled, magnified, suppressed, mixed with bits of face, words, etc. going from indecipherable to magnified as local observers request content from PANLUMENS' historic, yet incomplete database.
PANLUMEN exhibition space, mixes local and remote content from current events, with linguistically (randomly) related historical data, personal input, and physical presence/media, into a continuous pulsing flow of deconstructed momentary existence
