The dorsal is the connection axis merging coast and inland. Each square inch, full or void, turns to motion. Structure’s and nature’s main elements are integrated and exploited, singularly or in complex circuits. It is a challenging territory perfectly fitting with extreme sports. Street luge, longboard, skateboard, inline skate and dirt surf exploit street inclination. Paragliding and hang-gliding are driven by natural ascending airstreams. Windsurf and kitesurf by the marine breeze. Trekking and walks, mountainbiking and mountainboarding explore the inland network enriched by the construction-site roads. Climbing is on the nude pillars and naked rocks. The minimal additional interventions are the recovery structures for humans and birds. Photovoltaic technology covers all the available south-oriented spaces and the Aeolian is a high potential choice exploiting multi-direction wind power. The project pursues the minimum impact and the maximum environmental risk mitigation
