The pergola is made of a modular and economic system conposed by the assembly of a single element variation, a metallic structure with a single support per piece. The footprint left in the terrain is minimal and respectful with the landscape. Combining this element a mesh is created by triangulation. Different materials clad the surface above the mesh. The position of the panels is chosen according to the efficiency of its solar exposure. Only covering the highway, one lane is kept for vehicles and the other hosts a promenade with different equipement and services, and is used for power collection and distribution as well . In a not distant future, the energy of these "trees" can be used to charge up electric vehicles.
