The project’s idea combines the technological requirements of a solar farm, solar panels, with the highway needs of recovery and liveability; the electricity production becomes an opportunity to recovery environmental liveability that turns wound on a human integration. It is important to try to use in a different way a degraded area il “viadotto ambiente vivibile”: the “viadotto” is located in an interesting area, that is surrounded by greenery and beautiful views ; The project’s idea considers that the "viadotto" causes an horizontal cut on the hill overlooking the sea; the north lane remains as a connection north-south; to access the south lane there are secondary roads, which will become centers of trade; it is important thes preservation of the historical structure of the "viadotto", so it will be restored and adapted to new functions;
