The centrality of the proposed project is given by a high environmental sustainability/integration. The galleries became research/production laboratories on solar, geothermal energy and wind power, besides environmental monitoring stations (landslides, earthquakes) and vineyard laboratories (local recovery activities). It intends to make photovoltaic plants in order to save energy up to 3 GWh/year, with over 1500 tonne_equivalent/year of CO^2 avoided and over 600 tonne/year of oil saved. The area with a panoramic view, tourist attraction, will be equipped with innovative ICT: informative monitor/display touch screen, powered by the energy produced. The use of territorial resources/products, aimed at the evolution of the local business and the use of non-polluting vehicles for the traffic leads to reduction in pollution transport. Use of technologies and manufacturing solutions tested and readily available on the market, make the idea highly sustainable. Estimated cost: € 25 million.
