The principal energy to capture is the wind power in the area of natural fissures and viaducts.
The geography acts like a natural canalization of coast/land wind breezes, taking advantage of the characteristic of constant wind movements between land and sea, produced by winds from the sea to the earth in the day, and from the earth to the sea in the night. This is a result of cold and warm wind movements that occurred in coast territories. The idea is to expect wind speeds between 5 and 7 m/s.

The viaducts structure acts like a support for a Darrieus wind turbines to produce energy principally in the center, not to near of the ground frontier.

The idea is to generate energy in a microscale, enough for a minimum requirement in the elevation systems for a vertical connection in bridges and tunnels, and light to the park and the highway luminary that comes from windmill structure tubes, giving certain rhythms between transition in tunnels and outsides.
