Artificial/Mechanical Landscape (in 3D) derived from the concept of a mobile, suspended from a geostationary satellite.
Principle of sky-hook: The mechanism consists of a levitating rig lattice/rack-structure as a ground station, a geostationary satellite ~70 000 km above, and a tether between those, weight – cable – counterweight. Balanced by the counterrailing forces of gravity and zentrifugal forces, with its barycenter in a GEO orbit, the weight of the building is counterbalanced to a percentage of 99,99999...%.
