| Construction date: Competition Entry 2005.
The ambition for the site was to meet the demands of the contemporary urban dweller through the creation of a new urban prototype, that for us is a fusion of courtyard and patio housing typologies. Three of these blocks are organized to allow permeability through the site and ground level access to all dwellings. Within each block a series of scaled spaces are created maximazing intimacy without disassociating itslf from its context. |
