| Design development Phase, Discussion with Urban Planning Department of Herceg Novi and Permits was handled by Sinestezia. We used to camouflage concept as a driving force in this project. The landspace is a tool that we work with. Topography rules the type and shape of houses.. New topology arises using materials of the site. New ethno is born!!! We created 8 larger houses with central spa building with restaurant, terrace and public swimming pool. These houses could work as 4 separates apartments each of two villa”s depending on demands. The material pallete we created for this project is available for every client. |
