| A local tax department building
provided construction components
for the low rise highdensity
housing project. Harvest
mapping found two of the tax
building’s towers were to be demolished,
just a few steps away
from the building site. The highly
repetitive concrete façade elements contain 40% of the weight
of the complex. This turns financial
positions around: instead
of taking its standard 19% tax
rate the tax department instead
added 40% to the project. By organising
the houses as a terrace
sunlight is maximised and the
cars have covered spaces. |
