| The objectivity asked for this Project, for its relation with the park as well as for the pragmatic development, had a direct impact in the architecture and the concept defined for the building.
This way, we have proposed an onion, a building with concentric layers, each with a different function, which develops itself from the center to the exterior. The rings, of different densities, get the program together and the shape pursuits the building's idea to the citizen as following the conceptual and programmatic development of the park using its center as public circulation for the service users and the outer layers for the entrance and circulation of the employees, separating the flows and giving a hierarchy to the building.
