| The shape of the buildings composed by wide parallel bands and a not much comfortable proximity imposes the need to position the houses in diagonal in relation to the bands in a way that the separation between them is as big as possible. This distance benefits the soil, the relation with the volume in front, and also with the neighbor houses in the same band. This rotation was made without harming the mandatory alignments and managing to distance from the facades that, consequently, liberate more light to the inferior floors. |
