| During our three-week stay in Nederlands, we investigated the modern family: the mechanisms within it and its use of the kitchen. We prepared nine Slovene dinners at the homes of the inhabitants of Yppenburgu as well as three breakfasts in the 7x11 Gallery. In a relaxed atmosphere we discussed the way in which our hosts understand and use their kitchens. |
