| This is a summer house at the Turkish Aegian Coast in between the ancient Greek town Ephesus and Priene. The proximity to the beach is less than 50 meter. The clients are modest people, yet enjoying the luxury of being at the seaside for 6 months of a year. Almost 80 % of their delicately and precisely 'clocked' daylife is happening outside. The challenge of this project is to find the optimum inside outside ratio in order to provide various outside spaces whereas the inside still offers the privacy needed for the clients' personal rest and enough space for visitors.
