| By X (City X) is a new kind of institution engaging children, youngsters and other citizens in the planning, development, culture and life of the city. By X works broadly to optimize processes for user participation – manage them, teach about them, exhibit on them, combine and mediate them. The project is a cooperation between NORD and Henrik Gretoft from the Municipality of Copenhagen. The pilot project was carried out in the Mimersgade neighbourhood, outer Nørrebro, Copenhagen, in the autum of 2006. See www.by-x.dk. |
