| Within a saturated area from a building point of view, the project proposal is based on the assumption of the Sustainability of a new way of life, which has as its driving force "nature". What is now the public part and the abandonment of the area, in the new vision must instead be the pulsing heart of city life, a real green lung that manages to attract the inhabitants of the entire community and aim for a contemporary approach of lifestyle. The entire unpublished public area, which runs along the whole lot of intervention, will therefore be reused and regenerated for totally public purposes. A new green lung, divided into public spaces, some characterized by intensive planting of native tree species and another part instead destined to urban gardens, at the service of the residents and part of the community. |
