The project is located in Kondhwa, a fast growing suburb of Pune. The project concerns the development of an Agricultural Township of 350 Acres. The project idea born from the synergy and close collaboration between land and functions, with the intention to create an architecture that is deeply rooted into the context such to dictate the main guidelines. The geometries of the plots and of the buildings come to life by contour lines making variable the shape among curves tight, intersections and sharp cuts, in order to catch the "land movement" across the surfaces of buildings. The structure of the urban development was based on the identification of different areas and attractiveness related to their function. The Landscape, integral part of the project, has been studied in order to enhance the architecture and the terrain. From the entrance, along the main road, the landscape and the amenities constantly change.
