The area of Masterplan is located in Gurgaon, a city in the state of Haryana 30 km south of National capital New Delhi, India. The area is divided into two lots of 28.82 and 13.79 acres, separated by a creek. The project is a new residential district of about 310.000 sqm of built up area. The main concept is creating a series of connected open space, a sort of “urban rooms” on which overlook all residential units developed in a linear scheme. The whole project is based on the idea of a totally pedestrian area, while all parking are accessible from peripheral roads and located under the buildings. The internal open space are the green hearth of the project, addressing the main issue of the natural environment as the added value of the residential district. In these large courtyards are located all amenities for sport and leisure, besides all common services.
