Invited Competition / April 2013 / Kayseri-Erciyes, TURKEY / Design: Ramazan Avcı, Seden Cinasal Avcı, Fatih Yavuz, Emre Şavural, Hasan Okan Çetin Consultants: Ali Ergin, Bahri Türkmen // The purpose of the competition is to design a 150 bed ski hotel on the skirts of Mount Erciyes. The design aims at making the building both blend in the surface of the Mountain and define its own presence in the surfaces covered with snow. The color of the building is in contrast with the white surfaces in winter time.
