the design of a modular prefabricated structure is the critical ambition in the project. the module works as an integrated component in formulating various flexible spaces maximizing the necessary programmatic differences. the house is half underground where the modular structure forms the continuation of the top ground surface. roof terraces are actually the ground, and courtyards are the sunken gardens. the house is virtually one single continues space formed by various modular sectional strips with skylights and green surfaces. the various functional spaces inside are organised as a cross linkage establishing the multi-sectional relationships with the structure.
