we are working with our client to investigate a new type of office space. this new typology provokes creativity and interaction to enhance innovation and efficiency. we focus the design in two main aspects: the mode of operation and the working environment. the design evolves around the organization of various programmatic and spatial layers among the interference with a topological landscape intervention. we improvise a series of strategic principles for a flexible working environment with a vase open single level space integrating all the necessity of shared facilities, fire protection, etc.
