The project sets up a large urban protected courtyard around which residential line-buildings are freely arranged. A charming semi-covered public space, protected from winter rains and summer sunshine, serves as the backdrop for the formation of a new neighbourhood: shops, service areas, common areas and recreational environments favor the development of a social community that is considered crucial in consolidating the architectural intervention. Buildings are simple, rigorous and completely dry-built according to an innovative construction system, taking the form of porous bodies: lodges, greenhouses, winter gardens and balconies common "living space" surrounding the core architecture using lightweight protective diaphragms.
