The flat was designed with the intention to maximιze open space with a small stage in center for the actors to rehearse. A library at the back of the stage was designed to accommodate different functions of the stage and the actors. The library has a small sitting area and a space for the guitar and books. The old concrete has been retained and all the fittings are exposed.
