Dębica, PL - first prize
The competition was set to extend the existing Culture Center for the city of Dębica. Dębica is a small industrial town with one street wrapped around the town center. We have used these scheme to create a kind of a public passage wrapped round the Center main functions. Thanks to that the new building fits in the existing fragile context (a public park) and is open to accommodate new functions.
